The Yorkshire Inn

Was originally built as a gentleman's farm house in 1796. The third floor was added to accomodate the growing passenger stage coach business in 1819.

Directions

The Yorkshire Inn is located between Rochester and Syracuse on State Route 96,
1/2 mile East of the Village of Phelps.
We are:
    10 minutes North of Geneva,
    25 minutes from Canandaigua
    40 minutes East of Rochester
    45 minutes West of Syracuse.

From I90

take the Geneva Exit - Thruway Exit #42 (state Route 14) and turn right after the toll booth - heading South.
Make an immediate right onto Route 96 (North, yes you are actually heading West at this point but it is called 96 North) The Inn is 3 miles from the entrance to Route 96, on your left. (Look for the big brick home with the parking lot.)
