A full breakfast is served each morning.

Check in is from 3 until 6 pm. Checkout is by 11 am. If you need different timing, please contact us ahead of time.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
A 25% deposit is processed shortly after your reservation is made. If you must cancel your reservation, we will gladly apply your deposit to a future stay within a year of our original reservation. You forfeit your deposit if you do not choose to book with us again.
Late cancellations (within 7 days of your scheduled visit) will be responsible for the full room rate unless we can find another renter.

Welcome to The Yorkshire Inn
Your Finger Lakes - Bed and Breakfast of choice

Step back to an earlier age. To a time that saw the conclusion of the American Revolution. Our inn was built in approximately 1796 and began servicing the stage coach run (along what is now Route 96) in 1819. We now have four, fully appointed guest rooms open to the public and we invite you to come and spend the night with us. Located just 1/2 mile east of Phelps, we are half way between Rochester and Syracuse NY.


There is no better way to cap off a visit to the Finger Lakes district of New York state than a night or two at our Bed and Breakfast. Many of our guests say that they wish they had booked longer to catch all of the sights in the area. Stay 3 nights in a row and get a $20 per night discount. Start each morning with a hearty breakfast then tour the wineries, fish the Finger Lakes, shop at the outlet mall, or take a driving tour of the light houses along Lake Ontario.
